Working with employees, supervisors, and Managers to manage internal working relationships and conflicts; Assist employees in identifying and thinking through difficult situations in the workplace, helping them determine which are the best and appropriate approach to handle the conflicts concerning alternative methods.
Offer trainings, seminars, workshop, and public speeches to school and educational institutions to train students, professors, and parents. The goal is to educate on the importance of constructive dialogue and effective communication of the conflict resolution’s process and culture to have a more productive, effective, safe, and dynamic educational environment.
